Hey traders and investors,

Let’s talk about $AI—C3.ai. It’s been one of those names that either excites people or gets completely ignored. But recently, it’s been putting in the kind of quiet strength that gets my attention. It’s been grinding higher for months without making too much noise… until now.

This week, $AI finally pulled back off resistance near $30. A bunch of traders instantly flipped bearish, but I think that’s premature. When you zoom out, this looks more like a controlled pullback than a breakdown—and I’ll show you exactly why.

Today, I’ll walk you through the chart using real-time levels and indicators. I’ll break down what matters, what doesn’t, and how I’d look to trade it—long or short—based on how price behaves from here.

🧠 What Just Happened?

$AI ran from the low 20s all the way up to test $30 again—basically a retest of the March highs. That level rejected hard last time, and it didn’t hold this time either. But here’s the thing: instead of collapsing, it’s holding near $26.50 and testing short-term moving averages.

So now we’re in ā€œprove-itā€ mode. Is this just a dip in trend, or are we about to lose the whole structure?

šŸ” Chart Breakdown

šŸ“ˆ Price Structure

  • The uptrend from April is intact: we’ve got higher highs, higher lows, and rising support underneath.

  • This pullback? It’s the first real dip in a while, and we’re testing previous breakout zones—not new lows.

If $AI can stay above $25, it’s just resetting.

šŸ” RSI

  • RSI is hovering around 50, right in neutral territory.

  • That’s important: no overbought warning, no breakdown confirmation.

  • A bounce here would show momentum is still alive.

šŸ” MACD

  • MACD is starting to turn down, but it hasn’t crossed bearish yet.

  • If it rolls but the price doesn’t follow, that’s a divergence I’d want to buy.

šŸ” Stochastics

  • Stochs at 58

šŸ” Volume

  • This recent pullback came on lower volume compared to the June rally.

  • That tells me this is profit-taking, not panic.
