👀 A Stock Everyone Knows… But Nobody Wants Right Now

Nike is one of those names that doesn’t need an introduction.

It’s a global brand, a long-time market leader, and a stock that for years was considered a core holding for a lot of portfolios. But right now, it’s in a very different place.

The stock is sitting near multi-year lows, sentiment has clearly shifted, and the narrative has gone from dominance to “ongoing turnaround.”

What makes this interesting isn’t just the decline… it’s what’s happening underneath it.

Because despite the weakness in the stock, there are still pieces of the business that are holding up. Earnings came in better than expected, wholesale showed strength, and management is actively working through inventory and distribution issues.

But the market isn’t rewarding that.

So the real question becomes:

Is Nike just going through a necessary reset before stabilizing… or is this still a falling knife with more downside ahead?

So in this breakdown, I’m going to walk through what’s actually weighing on the stock, what still looks constructive underneath, and what the chart is telling me about whether this is setting up as an opportunity or something to stay patient on.
