🎯Trade Management Alert: Writing A Covered Call On My $PATH Shares

Hi everyone, with the FOMC meeting on today’s schedule and major technology companies reporting after the bell, this is a day to keep your powder dry and avoid forcing a new trade.

I did, however, find a fresh covered call setup that makes sense for 300 shares of PATH already in my portfolio. Selling the calls will bring in approximately $67.50 in additional premium, which works out to a 1.83% return over the next 51 days, or roughly 13.89% annualized.

If PATH rallies above $19 and the shares are called away, I will still keep the premium while realizing the capital appreciation from my current price up to the strike price,

This is simply about putting existing shares to work, stacking more premium, and continuing to reduce my effective cost basis while I hold the position. On a day when opening new positions carries added event risk, generating income from shares already in the portfolio makes much more sense to me.
